As an IT professional, I have over 20 years experience spanning roles from customer service to management. I began my career answering phones on an IT Help Desk and as I learned, I started fixing issues myself. Later I spent 10 years with the Spurs Sports & Entertainment IT department handling everything from event support to supervisory to server administration duties. And most recently in my career I took on a System/Network Administrator position and ended up taking on the Director role as well. I have spent the majority of my career supporting, planning, maintaining and strategizing IT for small to medium sized businesses.
